Jacqueline Wilson is founder of Eat My Treat graduated from Notters School of Pastry Art where she won 2nd place in the cupcake Contest for a $1,000.00 scholarship and took professional Cupcake Classes with Executive Chef Vincent Pilon. Jacqueline was considered as a contestant for the Food Network Cupcake War and she is currently a member of the National Association Professional Women.
Jacqueline began her career as a Baker and Pastry Decorator while being employed at General Motors where she retired after 32.5 years of service. While employed at General Motors she was the first woman Millwright at the Kalamazoo Plant, attended Wilton Classes and received a certificate from the Leadership Institute of the UAW.
During her years at General Motors she was in preparation for her new career by attending many classes and winning contests locally-Dale Carnegie Class-she won first place with the best presentation, won first place baking contest at Scott Air Force Base and third place in the baking contest at Life Changer’s Christian Center and received a certificate of Achievement for Floral Arrangement.
Jacqueline successfully completed the Success Mastery Training by Life Coach Dr. Stacia Pierce-completion of MMC, 37 Journaling Secret Course, Mind Shift Class, Homebuilders Class, Design Your Life, Product Idea Course, Success Circle, attendee of the Women’s Success Conference, 2012 Go Big Course, Millionaire Mind Shift Course, and Path 2 Purpose Course. These courses assisted Jacqueline In taking her business over the top by baking and decorating many parties such as Superstar Nail Lacquer Launch Party, prepared 1000 cupcakes and gift baskets for the International Women’s Success Conference, a presentation of Betsy Johnson at the Millennia Mall and have featured many desserts at parties in Michigan, Chicago, Florida. In as a “Passionpreneur,” she’s also on Collin’s Catering menu in Orlando Florida, Vip Days for Louis Vuitton in Millennia Mall, Holy Land Experience Birthday Party, First Lady Suzanne Hinn and many more.
Jacqueline has many certificates of completion and has been acknowledged for her service in the community-Certificate from Anthony Robbins Personal Power II, Provide Service 2010 Inaugural Day of Caring with Mayor Viargo Bernero, Lansing MI, Certificate to start a Home Inspection Business, Letter from Mayor David C. Hollister for graduate from Lansing Community Micro-Enterprise Fund Program, recognized from Debra A. Kilpatrick, Director, Women’s Health‘s Program, Reward for Customer Service at Michael’s and participated in A Rose Amangest Thorni Rosa Park Story with Actress Ella Joyce and was in the Sparrow Hospital Program as a Sparrow Personal Assistant.
Jacqueline’s passion and creativity of baking and decorating as WOWED many customers to continue to return to EAT MY TREAT to satisfy their thirst for a yummy treat from bursting flavors of German Chocolate, Red Velvet, Pumpkin, Italian, etc., to endless custom made cupcakes and Bundt cakes.
To expand her business, Jacqueline purchased her first Cupcake/Dessert Truck on October 10, 2014. She is very excited now that she can offer catering services to private parties, colleges, tailgates, weddings and much more.
