Although Meria has been singing in front of people for many years she is quite shy. Meria would say "her shyness is part of the reason it has taken her so long to come forth as a soloist”. Meria was reminded by an individual who once told her that GOD uses people who are shy to a greater extent because He knows that He is going to get the “glory”. Singing background with the different groups for many years, she never thought of herself as a soloist”. Meria has been pregnant with destiny for many years and now God has allowed her music ministry to be birth”. Because of her passion for music she believes with great anticipation that this is her “season” to walk in God’s purpose for her life.
Meria wrote her first song “Thank You Lord” over twenty years ago and more recently GOD has gifted her to write a total of ten songs. She has three videos in which you can view them on “Facebook” and “Youtube”. Meria is also, in the process of completing her first CD entitled “Meria Finally”. Meria is also, gifted in playwright, she has written her first play regarding experiences in her childhood entitled “N.B. D. S. V”
This singer/songwriter, mom and grandmother know that with GOD all things are possible and her life and music are a testimony to that fact. She is excited about this next phase in her music ministry and looking forwars to what God has in store for her and as Meria would often say "To God be the Glory!"
